Course Instructor Jean Dearstyne will help you create a fresh flower arrangement of Twelve.
Please bring floral cutters and a box to carry your arrangement home.
All materials will be provided. 2 hour session.

Workshop starts inside and then moves outside
Dress for an outdoor walk
Bring a notebook you can easily carry
Open to all levels of writing experience
Matsuo Basho, the master Haiku poet, was once asked what you needed to be a good haiku poet.
He replied something like “you must be three feet tall.”
Haiku is written all over the world and is a simple and wonderful way to relate our experiences with nature.
Michael Czarnecki has been writing haiku for decades. In this workshop he’ll explain what haiku is,
share haiku from various poets and then we’ll write our own haiku, maybe even from outside.
