Volunteering is a great way to give back to your community, meet people with similar interests, learn new skills and have fun! Pine Hollow Arboretum is a non-profit organization and volunteers are vital to our success! If you are interested in joining a great group of energetic, tree-loving people who value nature, please consider lending a hand. Our volunteers fill many roles. Whether it’s a project outdoors or inside, there’s something for everyone!
Our current volunteer opportunities are:
- Groundskeeping/gardening: help with weeding, mulching and trail maintenance
- Bridge repair: several of the foot bridges on the grounds are in need of some help. Have experience with carpentry and time to contribute? Are you an Eagle Scout or boy scout troop looking for a project?
- Special Projects: if you have a novel idea of how you can contribute using your skills, expertise and interest, contact us to discuss your ideas. We love to offer individual, tailored volunteer opportunities, when possible.
